We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of the bustling Medina. It's incredibly close to everything, making it easy to explore all the attractions. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and provides a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, with everything looking newly renovated and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, providing us with a personal mobile phone and orienting us to the city. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and the facilities of the hotel were top-notch.
